At Christmas time we extend the period for exchanges and returns until January 15. So you can change your jewels if they have been a gift and you are not happy with them or you prefer a different model.
The procedure is the usual one. You will have to notify us via email of your intention to change or return to email@example.com, indicating the order number or the name with which it was made. We will answer you within a period of no more than 48 hours to manage your return.
To make the change of a product you must follow the following steps:
- Request the change by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period no longer than 48 H from the receipt of the product.
- The product must be sent to Candyfloss, in a maximum term of 15 days skilled The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The money will not be returned in any case or the difference will be exchanged if the new product is of a lower amount and the corresponding amount must be paid if the product for which the change is made is of a higher amount.
- Sending expenses will be at client's charge, must be done through certified mail, keeping the receipt of the shipment, in order to guarantee the integrity of the product, as Candyfloss will not be responsible for the change until the item arrives back to us.
- Products can be changed as long as they are in the warranty period. The warranty is 3 months from the date of delivery of the order. Once this time has passed, no changes or refunds can be made.
- Changes are allowed for an erroneous order received, for lack or fall of the zircons or for a failure in the closure of the earring provided they are under warranty.
- Request a refund by email to email@example.com within a period no longer than 48 H from the receipt of the product.
- The return period is 15 calendar days from the order delivery date.
- If the order has arrived broken or defective, the period for requesting a return cannot be greater than 2 days from the date of delivery of the package.
- The returned product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
How do I request a return?
To request a refund, write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number or full name.
Our team will get in touch with you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The product must be sent in its original packaging and it is the direct responsibility of the customer that the item is delivered perfectly packed and in perfect condition.
Once our team has processed the return, the refund will be effective in the next working days and in the same form of payment that the client chose when placing the order.
- In no case, refunds of shipping costs already paid will be made. Only the full amount of the product will be refunded.
- Candyfloss reserves the right to refuse returns of used items or in poor condition and without the original packaging.
- If the reason for the return is due to a product failure, Candyfloss will pay the corresponding shipping costs.
